Zoom panel is a survey company offering points redeemable for merchandise. 

 I've been researching working from home opps awhile now, and it seems there are two types of surveys out there...the first, to me anyway, seems to be a survey in disguise...it's the ones that say, "take a survey" then takes me to pages and pages of completing offers.....these are not necessarily bad and there's money to be earned with CashCrate and other "paid to complete offers"  sites.  It's just I don't consider them surveys.

The  other surveys are surveys that actually ask questions about a product and are conducting market research.  Zoom Panel is this type of survey opportunity.  My personal experience with all the suvey companies has been, I have made a few bucks on them, but I don't seem to qualify for too many surveys.

Zoom panel offers points for taking surveys redeemable for merchandise.  Though I would prefer gift cards (I feel gift cards can be considered income because I can buy household items with cards from places such as Target), the merchandise offered by Zoom Panel is "good stuff" and could be a way to earn some gifts or personal items.
